These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Andüma! platform and mobile application ("Service"), operated by CoseNostre, LLC, 18513 San Quentin Dr., Michigan 48076, United States ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using Andüma!, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Andüma! is a tourism discovery and trip planning platform for the Piedmont region of Italy. It provides access to points of interest, events, experiences, accommodation, dining, and related travel information. The Service is available via web browser and as a Progressive Web App (PWA).
You may use parts of Andüma! without an account. To access personalised features (saved favourites, trip plans, premium content), you must register. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Andüma! offers a limited free tier and a paid subscription ("Andüma! Pro"). Free tier access is subject to usage limits which may change. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be updated with notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by applicable law. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription, unless the service has been fully performed with your consent.
Andüma! aggregates tourism information from various sources. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information (opening hours, prices, availability, event dates) is current or correct. Information is provided for general guidance only. Always verify directly with venues before visiting.
Third-party booking links (Booking.com, Viator, Airbnb, etc.) redirect to external platforms governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for transactions conducted on third-party platforms.
All content, design, code, and branding of Andüma! is owned by CoseNostre, LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. User-generated content (trip plans, favourites) remains yours; you grant us a licence to store and display it to provide the Service.
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; scrape, copy, or redistribute our data without permission; attempt to reverse-engineer the platform; impersonate other users; or interfere with the operation of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not liable for any travel decisions made based on information provided through Andüma!.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoseNostre, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. EU consumers retain any rights afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
We may update these Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
